From the bar chart above, it is seen that the age group that suffers the most stress is those below 17 and those aged 17 to 25. The runner-up is the age group of 36-45, followed by those aged  26-35 and finally, those above 55.


Based on the bar chart above, it can be said that many people feel that examinations are the number one cause of stress, followed by work-related stress. Relationship problems and family issues do not play a very important role in creating stress, according to the survey done.

 

According to the pie chart above, a significant 46% of respondents list mood changes as the main effect of stress. This is followed by headaches, sleep disturbances and energy loss. Others list loss of appetite and other effects.


Based on the pie chart above, most people feel that music is the perfect antidote for stress. Other ways to handle stress included gym workout sessions and taking vacations, as well as others.

 
 
According to the pie chart above, a startling 96% of respondents stated clearly that stress was unhealthy, wheres only 4% felt otherwise.
